GUARANTEE OBLIGATIONS
JOB FOR ARABISTS grants an opportunity of single replacement of a Specialist for an equivalent Specialist without an extra charge during a Guarantee period upon Customer’s request (if it is recognized that the Candidate does not meet the requirements of the position) or in connection with termination of powers by the candidate before expiry of the guarantee period:
▪ Guarantee period for the staff positions makes 1 to 6 months (depending on the specific features of a vacant position). The duration of the guarantee period shall be specified and approved by the Parties additionally within the Recruitment Service Contract.
▪ Guarantee period for the freelance positions and interpretation projects to be determined by the project specifics and itsduration, and to be agreed and approved by both Parties by the Recruitment Service Contract terms & conditions.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Down payment is not required after signing the Contract
- In case you do not choose & approve proposed candidate, you don’t have to pay anything
- We issue an invoice only after specialist starts to implement a job at the work place
- We guarantee 1 free replacement during an specifically agreed period with Customer
